Day 1 LABUANBAJO ARRIVAL
On arrival in Labuan Bajo transfer to your hotel. Afternoon free program.
Evening dinner and briefing on your trekking program. Overnight at
Golo Hilltop Hotel or similar.
Day 2 LABUANBAJO-SANO NGGOANG-DINTOR
After breakfast drive to Ngorang village where an open truck is waiting
to take you to Sano Nggoang to explore its beautiful lakes known as
nets of many species of birds. Lunch box will be provided. Then return
to Ngorang and further drive to Nanga Lili where another truck is waiting
to take you to Dintor village. Overnight at a local family house. Dinner
will be served by your hosts.
Day 3 DINTOR-DENGE-WAE REBO
After breakfast get on an open truck to Denge village and start your
tracking to Wae Rebo village, The trekked 3 hours to this little
village in the middle of nowhere called Wae Rebo, and it is gorgeous.
All are
traditional houses, with really high roofs and they are on 5 levels
- the top four are mainly used for storage and all the living areas
are on the bottom. We will stay in a house with 8 other families.
They are all so nice and their kids are very cute. Sleeping mattresses
will
be provided. Dinner and overnight will be at the local villager’s
house. There's no electricity in the houses, so they have a fire
going the whole time during the night before going to bed.
Day 4 WAE REBO-TODO-RUTENG
After breakfast return to Denge village and continue drive on open
truck to Todo traditional village of Manggaraians. Lunch box will be
provided enroute. Afternoon arriving in Ruteng and check in at Dahlia
Hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 5 RUTENG
Eearly morning at 3.30 start from drive to Poka village where you will
start your to 3 hours trekking to the peak of Ranaka, an active volcano
that has 2.400 meters high. Afternoon drive to Liang Bua see the cave
where the recent Homo Floresiensis was discovered. Dinner and overnight
at Dahlia Hotel.
Day 6 RUTENG-LEKOLODO
After breakfast drive to Lekolodo village, near Bajawa with sops
for soft trekking in Rana Mese lake and visiting Aimere village to
see
the local people making palm wine. Afternoon arriving in Lekolodo
and check in at a guest houseyou’re your dinner and overnight.
Day 7 LEKOLODO-BENA-BAJAWA-SOA
After an early breakfast start your morning trekking to Bena through
the slope of Mt Inerie. After exploring Bena megalithic village, drive
to Bajawa for lunch. Then drive to Soa and chek in at the local guest
house near Mengeruda Hot Spring. Afternoon trekking to Soa Basin, an
archeological site where the elephant tusks where discovered before
enjoying the natural hot spring pool. Dinner will be provided at the
guest houses.
Day 8 SOA-EBULOBO-ENDE-MONI
Early morning drive to Mulakoli village to start your 4 hours trekking
to the top of Mt Ebulobo, an active volcano that has 2.100 meters high.
Breakfast box will be provided. Then drive to Ende with stops at Pinggajawa
blue stone beach and Ende market. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant
in Ende. Afternoon visit Wolotopo traditional village. Dinner and overnight
at Sao Ria Hotel Moni.
Day 9 MONI-KELIMUTU-MAUMERE
Early morning drive up to Mt Kelimutu to see it is picturesque three
color lakes. Then trek down to Jopu village were you will see the other
Lionese traditional village. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant
in Wolowaru. On the way to Maumere stops in Sikka weaving village and
Nilo Highland where a giant St Marry statue was placed on the top of
the hill. Dinner and overnight at Permatasari Hotel.
Day 10 MAUMERE-DENPASAR
After breakfast free program until time to transfer to the airport
for your onward flight to next destination.

HOTELS:
We choose the best available hotels in each tow, but the facilities are very
basic and the cleanliness will always be the question mark. Be ready for adventure…….
WHAT TO BRING:
Dress is casual. Clothing should be light, preferably cotton with at least
one long sleeved shirt and pants. Bathing suit, thongs or sandals and sneakers
or walking boots, lots of film, camera, replacement batteries, and spares.
Women please note Indonesia is a mostly Muslim country and custom dictates
modesty. Please be well covered on shore excursions. Bring one light sweater
or jacket as it can get cool in the highlands. Also bring sun-screen, insect
repellent, sunglasses, sunhat, swimmers. Please advise beforehand if you have
any special dietary requirements. Beer is available at local rates. Bring also
your passport, visa, airline tickets, local currency and or US$ in small denominations.
